I was waiting until I felt better to start sharing again but I’m still not feeling great. Major flare, probably partly stress. 

Anyway, here’s an update…

Last week, I was unlawfully convicted of a felony & a misdemeanor. After a 2 year court battle, Judge James Drake gave me 2 years of probation & many fees.

Ducey appointee James Drake didn’t care that the arresting officer on my case is on Phoenix’s Brady list & has been found guilty of lying & police misconduct. Judge Drake didn’t care that I am disabled & was permanently damaged by a Barrows Hospital security guard. Phoenix Judge James Drake doesn’t care that I was hurt w/out cause & they GOT RID of the SECURITY TAPE to hide their crimes. He DOES NOT CARE that Barrows hospital & Banner University Hospital used my account to commit Medicaid fraud. 

I am a disabled political activist/writer & I was targeted & the MCAO & Barrows staff & executives broke laws to get me unlawfully convicted.

Q: Does the Maricopa County Attorneys office have a history of breaking laws to get innocent people in trouble?

A: Yep

But,Jimbo Drake doesnt care if the public gets a fair trial. The MCAO doesn’t care about the public.

Does this concern the public? If you still think you can trust our government & our judicial system & our medical system& the police, you’re asleep & uneducated. It’s not our fault, but it is our problem to fix.
