Are you chronically ill? Me too! Let’s help each other get better.

I can’t believe there are so many of us. Covid created a chronic illness epidemic in America. I started getting sick at 24/25 (1999/2000) so I got a head start. I now feel there are lots of people that could benefit from what I’ve learned & experienced. Chronic illness sucks. I want to help people that are suffering now because I didn’t get much help, and everything was harder than it needed to be.

I’m making this site my creative home for all of my WRITING/RESEARCH PROJECTS. Maybe together we can grow a chronically ill community where we can all help each other.

  • PROJECT #1: SHARING INFORMATION-EPIPOLE OF PHOENIX-(Political writing/activism/feminism) I write political & conspiracy theory &health & spiritual articles. I want to raise awareness & help the public get their health & their government back. Epipole was a Patreon “pen name” that I’m going to keep alive by using it as a category to share my political posts & research & stories about women’s healthcare & other related medical research & conspiracy theories that I have researched.
  • PROJECT #2: BUILDING COMMUNITY– The Alphabet Soup Group-I’m also attempting to build a community of chronically ill people so we all don’t feel so alone & have a place to get good information about what we’re all going through. Join the Alphabet Soup Group! It’s a Facebook group for the chronically ill, where people can share their stories & health histories & ask questions about any of the chronic alphabet illnesses out there. We can help people suffer less by sharing what we know with each other.

  • PROJECT #3 MY MEMOIR:I’m still trying to finish my book “My funny bone is connected to my backbone”. I’ll share finished chapters and short stories here.
  • PROJECT #4: COCO CUCKOO-(Hollywood & Celebrity stories) Once upon a time, I was a RTVF major and an aspiring comedy writer/actor. I lived in LA on and off for almost 10 years, trying to make some magic happen. My brother is a screenwriter and we moved to Hollywood together to break into the industry. He did, and I didn’t. But, for a long time I would eat, drink and dream about Hollywood 24-7. I thought it was my job to know about movie/TV history, the industry lore and who was who in Hollywood. I’ll write about celebrities & clones & the cult that controls them.
