PART 7: WHERE’S THE SECURITY TAPE OF THE INCIDENT, BARROWS NEUROLOGICAL INSTITUTE ER?? WILL YOU HAVE IT BEFORE TRIAL #2?

(NOTE: If  BARROWS & the COUNTY ATTORNEY. can’t produce the evidence, then, it’s safe to say they destroyed the evidence or they’re hiding it, right? Either way theyre breaking laws to try to get me unlawfully convicted. If they don’t have PROOF OF EVIDENCE BEFORE TRIAL #2, then i think my case should be DISMISSED.  OUR LEGAL SYSTEM & LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE FAILING THE PUBLIC EVERY DAY. The COUNTY ATTORNEY wants the jury to think the HEAD NURSE & I WERE IN A PRIVATE ROOM. WE NEVER WERE ALONE. WE WERE IN A BIG OPEN HIGH TRAFFIC AREA. IN BODYCAM FOOTAGE TRANSCRIPTS, I NOTICED THE SECURITY GUARDS REFER TO THE AREA WERE IN AS ZONE 1.)

WHAT IS “ZONE 1”?

WHERE ARE ALL THE SECURITY TAPES FROM “ZONE 1” ON 06/18/24, BARROWS?

Early on, I had faith the security video would easily prove my innocence, but that’s not what happened. Eventually I was told someone  at BARROWS got rid of the SECURITY VIDEO, which was the. only evidence they had.

If I really did what they say I did, why would they get rid of the smoking gun? The SECURITY VIDEO footage is missing bc it proves me innocent & him guilty, and those facts do not align with their lies.

BARROWS & the SECURITY GUARDS & THE POLICE have  told us many different stories about why they no longer have the security footage. Here are some of the different responses we got from Barrows/St Joes/Dignity Health & the county attorney & the security guard. We got at least 4 different answers. Are any of them true?

ANSWER #1

Barrows hospital admin said they only keep footage for 21 days MAXIMUM. Then, they tape over it? So, they knowingly taped over the only evidence they had? Is that normal procedure or is evidence usually given to the police? Why was this case treated differently?

ANSWER #2

In BODYCAM FOOTAGE, a SECURITY GUARD tells  POLICE OFFICER #1  that the incident wasn’t caught on camera, and the police officer did no investigation to figure out the truth. He was supposed to be training the other cop. Was he training her on how to COVER UP A CRINE? Because they both failed to properly investigate the situation. I think their failures were intentional. I think THE PHOENIX POLICE were part of the MEDICAID FRAUD & the COVERUP..

If POLICE OFFICER #1 was training the other officer,  why didn’t the  officers ever go to where the incident happened? They never asked  how many security cameras they have in that area. They didn’t go to the security room & see how many cameras they have in total & specifically in ZONE 1. The PHOENIX POLICE have no idea what any of the BARROWS cameras captured.  They intentionally didn’t see any footage & they took no pictures. If they truly thought a crime was committed, why didn’t POLICE OFFICER #1 train  POLICE OFFICER # 2 how to take pictures of the alleged crime scene? How to gather evidence? How to secure video footage of the crime? How to transport the video to a secured location until trial?

To this day, we don’t even have a picture of the ER TRIAGE/ZONE 1 AREA & I think this has all been intentional. This is NOT how police are taught to process a crime scene. After gathering no physical evidence & interviewing only the witnesses that happened to work at Barrows, POLICE OFFICER #1 wrongly decided I was guilty.

ANSWER #3

In court, when  my PUBLIC DEFENDER #3  said they police said they never got the tape(s)., SECURITY GUARD #1 said he didn’t know what happened to it either. He confirmed that ( at one time) a SECURITY TAPE(S) of the incident existed.  Then, he  admitted BARROWS keeps SOME SECURITY VIDEO FOOTAGE for up to a year. Why didn’t the evidence of this incident qualify for preservation, BARROWS? Or, do the tapes still exist but they’re  hiding them from us?. They keep breaking laws & no one holds them accountable. It’s ridiculous.

If they can’t tell us what happened to the tapes before TRIAL #2, this case should be dismissed. If they can’t produce  a security video, then, they’re guilty of hiding and/ or destroying  evidence. By getting rid of the evidence, Barrows is interfering with the investigation to avoid accountability for the assault & the MEDICAID FRAUD.

ANSWER #4

The COUNTY ATTORNEY told the judge that  there was no footage of the incident because the HEAD NURSE & I were in a private room. THIS IS A LIE. We were NEVER in a private room. We were in ZONE 1, a high traffic area. But, we don’t have any pictures of the room bc of the poor POLICE INVESTIGATION so the jury might believe him if he implies we were in a private room again.

In PART 9, I talk  about how  the MCAO (where the COUNTY ATTORNEY works) has a history of being accused of lying & withholding security video evidence. Did BARROWS get rid of the evidence alone?OR,  was the COUNTY ATTORNEY involved in destroying or withholding the video evidence?(SEE PART 9 )

I don’t know if any of the four  answers we were given are correct. But, it’s clear at least 3 people are lying & the COUNTY ATTORNEY isn’t concerned with the truth. He’s concerned with covering up the truth. This is more evidence the other side is lying & they got rid of the footage

If they can’t produce the tape by the time TRIAL#2, I think this bogus case should be dismissed. But, I know I can’t just demand that. I’m not sure what to do next. Anybody out there with legal advice, please share. I’m trying to see if I have any options.

MY ANSWER

I believe someone who works for BARROWS  or the COUNTY ATTORNEY intentionally got rid of the SECURITY VIDEO EVIDENCE bc they’re attempting to COVERUP their own corrupt actions. It’s bad enough that the security guard hurt me without cause. Now, they’re hiding evidence &  lying about what happened so they can  escape any accountability whatsoever. 

Q:Why don’t they want us to see the tape?

A:Their case would crumble. It would prove me innocent & him guilty. It would reveal  how many lies they have told. It would reveal how corrupt MARI

BARROWS & the COUNTY ATTORNEY are using LIES & UNRELIABLE WITNESSES to try  to unlawfully win a case & no one is stopping them. Logically, why would they ever get rid of the footage if I did what they say I did? The only reason not to keep the video evidence is if it proved me right & them wrong, which it would.  Its been a year & a half & no one can produce the tape.

WHY DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH TRIAL #2, ANOTHER WEEKLONG TRIAL WHEN THE COUNTY ATTORNEY HAS NO EVIDENCE & NO RELIABLE WITNESSES

IS THERE ANY WAY TO STOP THIS CORRUPT SYSTEM FROM CONTINUING TO TRY TO GET ME UNLAWFULLY CONVICTED?

The COUNTY ATTORNEY knows he has NO EVIDENCE & NO HONORABLE EYE WITNESSES. The COUNTY ATTORNEY claims he has 2 EYEWITNESSES (SECURITY GUARDS #1 & #2)but SECURITY GUARD #2 proves he saw nothing in the POLICE REPORT.

In the POLICE REPORT, SECURITY GUARD #2 described what happened, he couldn’t remember if I “HIT” the HEAD NURSE in the front or the back. The incident had JUST HAPPENED! He couldn’t recall details bc he didn’t see anything.  If he saw me hit her, he would remember where I made contact & how we were positioned.. The prosecutor has 0 RELIABLE WITNESSES.

The COUNTY ATTORNEY has said several times that there were NO WITNESES  bc we were in a private room. This is not true. If we were in a private room, why were SECURITY GUARD 1&2 in there with us?. He has intentionally presented  false information. The COUNTY ATTORNEY often acts confused about the size & the setup of the room. The ER triage area is a big open area, without a door. They call it ZONE 1. I’m not sure if the COUNTY ATTORNEY has ever seen ZONE 1 In BARROWS HOSPITAL?

If so, did he go see it in person or does he have a picture? We are not allowed to visit & take pictures. It’s a big open room (about 200 sq feet) & the hallway was about 20 feet.

(NOTE: There were a lot of witnesses that PHOENIX POLICE never talked to. There were 15-20 other witnesses. There were 10-15 pain patients in line in the hallway that could have seen what happened. There was also  the student nurse & 3-4 other Barrows employees in the room. Out of 20 potential witnesses, the police only talked to 4 people, and they were all Barrows employees. Anybody else find that suspicious?)

Without the tape, can I prove I’m innocent & the security guard is guilty? I have & I can but it would be so much easier if they just give us the tape. Withholding &/or destroying evidence is a crime.

WHEN DO THEIR CRIMES MATTER?

THIS IS A COVERUP & I THINK THERE ARE MULTIPLE BARROWS EXECS & EMPLOYEES  INVOLVED.

Everyone involved claims they don’t  know where the tape(s) are  or what exactly happened to the footage. They’ve given us 4 answers & they’re all very different. So, at least 3 of those people are intentionally lying to us about what happened? WHY? They’re not working with me in apology for what their staff did to me. They’re working against me because…

QUESTIONS I HAVE FOR BARROWS and/or BARROWS SECURITY…

1.WE WERE IN A HIGH TRAFFIC AREA (ZONE 1). ZONE 1 TYPICALLY HAS  SEVERAL SECURITY CAMERAS WATCHING THE AREA, RIGHT?

2.HOW MANY CAMERAS DOES THE BARROWS “ZONE 1” HAVE?

3.HOW MANY SECURITY CAMERAS DOES THE HOSPITAL HAVE IN TOTAL?

4.HOW MANY SECURITY CAMERAS  ARE THERE IN THE HALLWAY?

5.HOW MANY WERE IN THE TRIAGE AREA (BIG OPEN ROOM)?

6.DID ANYONE WATCH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE BEFORE I WAS ARRESTED?

IS THAT NORMAL HOSPITAL PROCEDURE?

8.WHY DIDN’T THE POLICE SEE ANY OF THE FOOTAGE FROM ZONE 1? WERE THEY NOT ALLOWED? OR, DID THEY NOT ASK?

9.WHY WASN’T ANY SECURITY FOOTAGE GIVEN TO THE COPS?

10.IN PAST CRIME CASES, DID THE PHOENIX POLICE TYPICALLY LOOK AT SECURITY FOOTAGE & THEN SECURE THE SECURITY VIDEO FOOTAGE AS EVIDENCE? IF YES, WHY DIDN’T THAT HAPPEN THIS TIME?

11.DID SOMEONE AT BARROWS HIDE THE EVIDENCE FROM 06/18/24 OR DESTROY IT??

12.IS BARROWS INVOLVED IN THE MEDICAID FRAUD OPERATION? ARE THEY ORCHESTRATING IT?

13.DID BARROWS ORCHESTRATE THE ASSAULT? OR DID SECURITY GUARD #1 ACT INDEPENDENTLY?

14.WHO HAD THE TAPES LAST? WHERE IS THE CUSTODY OF RECORD FOR THE EVIDENCE TAPES? WHO HAD THE TAPES LAST? WHAT DID THEY DO WITH THEM?

FROM THE OUTSIDE, IT LOOKS LIKE BARROWS IS INTENTIONALLY COVERING UP THE ASSAULT & THE MEDICAID FRAUD.

As of today (FEB 2026), I still don’t know  what happened to the security tape(s). It’s obvious most of them were  lying bc no one has the same story. Have we heard the true story yet? We don’t know.

 In TRIAL #1, SECURITY GUARD #1 said in court that THE PHOENIX POLICE should have the tape, but they don’t. Then, he admitted that BARROWS HOSPITAL keeps some footage for up to a year. IF so, BARROWS ADMIN TEAM lied to us.

BARROWS ADMIN told us (by email)  they deleted the evidence from the time frame of the incident bc they delete all footage once it is 21 days old.

So, BARROWS ADMIN lied to us when they told us that? What other lies has BARROWS told us? Why wouldn’t they keep the evidence or immediately turn it over to the police?

Why is BARROWS trying to cover these crimes up?

A.    THEY COULD GET IN  MORE MEDICAID FRAUD TROUBLE & HAVE TO PAY MORE APENALTIES.

B.    IM DISABLED & MY NEEDS WERE NOT ACCOMODATED

C.    THEIR EMPLOYEE ASSAULTED ME ON THEIR PROPERTY WITHOUT CAUSE SO THEY MIGHT BE LIABLE FOR MY INJURIES

In TRIAL #2, I don’t have to prove why SECURITY GUARD #1 made the false allegation & then immediately assaulted me. I don’t have to prove why they’re lying about the security footage of the incident. I don’t have to prove their motive. 

But, I think I’ve figured out most of their motive. I can  prove that both BARROWS Neurological Institute ER & BANNER Hospital ER committed MEDICAID FRAUD on my account.  I think Medicaid fraud was the PRIMARY MOTIVE for SECURITY GUARD #1. To make the false allegation & then assault me.  It was pretty brazen & I don’t think it was the first time this Medicaid fraud ring pulled off an operation like that. He was so confident he could get away with it & so far he’s been right. I think he’s being protected. The SICK & DISABLED PERSON he assaulted is not being protected.

Through this ordeal, I have learned that  corruption is taking place in the hospitals & law enforcement & the courts of MARICOPA COUNTY( Phoenix).  The public needs to know what happened to me because I think it’s happened to many people before me. I want to make it impossible for this to happen to anyone in the public in the future. The public needs to know what’s happening so they can protect themselves from it & ultimately together we can fight to end it.
