PART 14:IN SUMMARY…

I’m being harassed by the police & county attorney & the judges in Maricopa County. I fear if I don’t start talking about it,  then they actually might get away w/ punishing me for something that never happened. I’ve learned that the  system tries to scare people into silence. I think the people involved have done this before, and I want to stop this from happening to another vulnerable ER patient.

I’ve been wanting to share my story this whole time, but I was worried BARROWS and/or BANNER and/or the PHOENIX POLICE  &/or the JUDGE would use it against me somehow & retaliate more.  I thought maybe after everything was resolved, I would write about what happened that night, but the nightmare still hasn’t  ended. For some reason, the county attorney gets 2 tries to unlawfully punish me. So,  in a few weeksI have to go through it all again.

My health is worse now. I’m constantly nauseous & in pain & have mobility issues. Some days, I’m too sick to get out of bed. I told the judge that to see if we could work together if that happened during the trial. The Judge told me that if  I am took sick to come, then they will continue without me & he will put out a warrant for my arrest & he will send  the police to come get me & arrest me.

Q: IS THIS HOW MARICOPA COUNTY ACCOMMODATES THE DISABLED?

A: THIS WHOLE ORDEAL HAS TAKEN AN EMOTIONAL & FINANCIAL TOLL.

After the mistrial at TRIAL #1, I was so tired. I didn’t want to think about trying to get through a second trial. I know that may sound pitiful to a healthy person, but I physically struggled through the first one. I was so scared I would be too sick one day & just end up in jail, like the MARICOPA JUDGE threatened.I felt like the prosecutor’s & nurse’s & security guards lies were so obvious.  I was hoping the decision would be unanimous & I would finally be done.That didn’t happen

If the system truly worked, I would’ve won & been done, but the right thing didn’t happen again. I don’t know how anyone believes the PROSECUTOR’S  arguments or witnesses.

THIS HAS BEEN AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.  

I have little control over the actions BARROWS & the COUNTY ATTORNEY take & the outcome of the trial, but I’m not going to be quiet anymore. I’m going to tell people (whoever will listen) what has happened so we can stop the MARICOPA county attorneys office   & our hospitals & PHX police & judges from hurting & taking advantage of the sick &/or disabled going forward.

Q:CAN I GET A FAIR TRIAL IN MARICOPA?

A: NO I DONT THINK SO.

THE SECOND TRIAL IS IN MARCH 2026.

Q:WILL THE COUNTY ATTORNEY & HIS WITNESSES TRY HARDER & LIE HARDER IN THIS 2ND TRIAL?

 A:YES I THINK THAT’S HOW THIS GROUP OPERATES.

THE CASE SHOULD BE DISMISSED & THE PARTICIPANTS  INVOLVED IN THE ASSAULT & MEDICAID FRAUD SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THEIR POSITIONS  SO THEY DON’T CONTINUE TO HURT PATIENTS IN ORDER TO  STEAL MONEY FROM MEDICAID/MEDICARE.

Q:IS BARROWS TRYING TO KEEP ME SCARED SO I WONT SUE & TELL PEOPLE WHAT HAPPENED?.

A: IT FEELS LIKE THAT. IVE REALIZED I CANT CONTROL WHAT THEY DO, BUT IM GOING TO KEEP TELLING MY STORY UNTIL THESE BROKEN SYSTEMS ARE ELIMINATED. WE NEED TO BUILD NEW BETTER SYSTEMS THAT BENEFIT THE PUBLIC & NOT JUST THE ELITE.

Why is it so difficult to get justice when you’re innocent? It’s a sign our legal system doesn’t work. If the courts believe people are innocent until proven guilty, why do they all treat me like a criminal? If thIs belief is dead, our judicial system is dead & it’s time to create better systems for the American people.
