PART 12: I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT NEEDED TO BE MEDICALLY CLEARED BC I WAS THE ONLY ONE INJURED. WHY AM I THE ONE THAT GOT CHARGED WITH A FELONY?

I can prove SECURITY GUARD #1 assaulted me. SECURITY GUARD #1 CANNOT PROVE I touched the HEAD NURSE.

Anyway, I had to go to jail while my pain was still out of control. I’ve never been to jail before. I don’t recommend it.

After they arrested me, the cops drove me to a second hospital (downtown Banner ER) to get medically cleared from the assault by security guard #1. This is more evidence that  I was the only real victim that day. Nobody else got medical attention. They don’t have  any pictures of their injuries bc there were none.

I don’t think the  BANNER employee properly analyzed the CT SCAN results of what he saw on 06/18/24.

IS MISREPRESENTING MY SPINE DAMAGE  PART OF THE COVERUP

I  have 3 sets of CT SCANS for my spine-cervical from different dates.. The first 2 sets of results are pretty close. In the 3rd set, the tech was not honest about what he saw. He obviously left out a lot of the damage I have. I think they minimized how much damage I had in my body so they could medically clear me without helping me with my pain. I also think they improperly analyzed my CT SCAN for damage to help prove SECURITY GUARD #1 didn’t hurt me & worsen my condition.. They didn’t want me to have a record of how the security guard damaged me. I know he damaged me bc I’m more nauseous more often. than I have been for a long time. My pain is worse. I think about pain when I’m in pain & I think about the pain more now.

Look at the reports before my BANNER ER REPORT. The first 2 radiologists reported a similar level of spine damage. CT SCAN Results #3 are very different. Why? It looks like I must’ve improved but I haven’t. I’ve gotten worse. Radiologist #3 lied by omission & didn’t report all of the cervical spine problems he saw. He saw things he intentionally didn’t include in the report. He didn’t record half of it

Q:DID THE BANNER RADIOLOGIST ALTER MY CTSCAN & UNDER-REPORT MY SPINE DAMAGE TO PROTECT BARROWS & SECURITY GUARD #1 FROM BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ASSAULTING ME?

A: YES I THINK SO. IN SHORT, I THINK BANNER IS PART OF MARICOPA’S  MEDICAID FRAUD OPERATION & THE ASSAULT COVERUP. THE 3RD SET OF RESULTS DON’T MATCH what the first 2 radiologists saw.

 I THINK THE CT SCAN REPORT  WAS MANIPULATED SO BARROWS & SECURITY GUARD #1  WOULD NOT BE  HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE HE CAUSED?

AFTER THE ASSAULT, I GOT IMAGING DONE ON MY HEAD, AND A “CRANIAL CSF LEAK”  WAS DISCOVERED.

 IN THE IMAGING, THEY FOUND EVIDENCE OF A CRANIAL CSF LEAK. IT HAS MADE ALL OF MY SYMPTOMS WORSE.
