PART 6: HERE IS THE EVIDENCE THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS MEDICAID FRAUD OPERATION AT BARROWS & BANNER

MEDICAID FRAUD WAS COMMITTED AT BARROWS & BANNER THAT NIGHT. IT WAS NOT A COINCIDENCE.
IT WAS COORDINATED.

The assault on me & the MEDICAID FRAUD activity should be investigated. I reported it to the MFCU last year, but they never got back to me.

HERE IS  EVIDENCE OF MEDICAID FRAUD AT BOTH HOSPITALS:

In #MEDICAID-FRAUD operations, #ghostbilling  is a common strategy.

SECURITY GUARD #1 knew i was on MEDICAID & in pain because of where the Barrows HEAD NURSE  sat me. He then made a false allegation to give himself a reason to assault me.

The nurse & I had a brief argument. I got up to leave & the security guard made the false allegation & hit my purse so my things went flying everywhere. Then, he assaulted me

After i was taken to jail, #BARROWS employees billed Medicaid for services & meds  that were never administered.. The hospital was then compensated fraudulently by #MEDICAID/#AZHCCCS (#united-healthcare). This fraud method is called #ghostbilling. It’s a popular MEDICAID FRAUD scheme.

After the security guard assaulted me, POLICE OFFICER #1 had to take me to a second er to get  me medically cleared. The police knew I had been assaulted and may have injuries. I was the only one that got medical attention that day.

POLICE OFFICER  #1 took me to nearby BANNER UNIVERSITY hospital ER (downtown phoenix). The BANNER ER staff also committed MEDICAID FRAUD by ghost billing. At BANNER, they billed MEDICAID for the extra ER visit that i did not request. And, they ordered 2 CT SCANS but billed AHCCS  for 4 CT SCANS

They also didn’t  help me get my pain under control. They gave me an OXYCODONE/acetaminophen, but it didn’t make a dent in my pain. The doctor said the jail would give me more meds for pain. I felt confident because he was the 2nd person to say the jail would give me pain meds, but both people were wrong or lying.

When i got there, the jail said they couldn’t give me anything. There was nothing else I could do. They all intentionally left me to suffer that night. I had no control & no help. I was shocked how things kept getting worse & no one was interested in talking to me or helping me. The staff at Banner & the staff in the jail treated me like I was guilty.Our public systems are broken & corrupt.

In the documents below, you can see at BARROWS ER got paid for a MRI-L that never happened. They charged me for a MRI-L that they never started bc I couldn’t bear the claustrophobia of the machine, without anxiety meds. He was not able to take any pictures.(5027+493=$5520)

After that, you can see the BANNER EVIDENCE- They ordered 2 CT SCANS-( thoracic & lumbar). But, they charged AHCCCS (UnitedHealthcare/Medicaid) for 4 CT SCANS.

BANNER & BARROWS also both charged a hefty emergency room fee. I never would have had to go to the second ER, if the security guard didn’t assault me.

1.BARROWS ER got paid for a MRI-L that never happened.

2.BANNER ER got paid for 4 CT SCANS but only did 2 CT SCANS. They didn’t do the MRI-L I needed & instead gave me 2 CT SCANS & a bunch or radiation. The police told the Banner staff I hit a nurse & told them I needed the wrong tests. For some reason he thought I was waiting for a CT SCAN. I wasn’t. I was waiting for a MRI. They gave me 2 CT SCANS & said I was cleared to go to jail.

So, without doubt, MEDICAID FRAUD happened at BOTH BARROWS & BANNER that day.. That’s not a question. It’s evidence that they benefitted from hurting me & sending me to jail.

QUESTIONS THE MEDICAID FRAUD CRIME UNIT SHOULD BE ASKING.…

1.HOW BIG IS THIS BARROWS-BANNER MEDICAID FRAUD OPERATION & WHO ALL IS INVOLVED?

2.HOW MANY HOSPITALS ARE INVOLVED?

3. IS  IT JUST THE BARROWS SECURITY GUARD #1 & PHOENIX POLICE OFFICER #1? IF NOT… HOW MANY BARROWS STAFF MEMBERS ARE INVOLVED?

 4.IS IT ALL THE SECURITY GUARDS?

5.IS IT THE EXECS AT BARROWS BRAIN & SPINE & ST JOES & DIGNITY HEALTH?

 6.IS IT ALSO THE EXECS AT BANNER?

7.HOW MANY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE INVOLVED IN THIS MEDICAID FRAUD OPERATION?

8. IS  THE ENTIRE PHOENIX POLICE FORCE INVOLVED?

9. IS IT THE COUNTY ATTORNEY?

10. IS IT THE JUDGES?

11. IS IT THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS?

So, without doubt, Medicaid fraud happened that day.. That’s not a question. It’s evidence that they benefitted from hurting me & sending me to jail.

THE MEDICAID FRAUD PROBLEM IN ARIZONA HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED by the MFCU (Medicaid fraud crime unit.) 

I reported this fraud case to them a year ago & no one ever followed up. If Maricopa didn’t have a Medicaid fraud problem, they never would’ve created the MFCU to begin with.. As of Feb 2026, they haven’t responded to me. It’s safe to say MEDICAID FRAUD in MARICOPA is still a major problem.
