PART 13: MY PUBLIC DEFENDER(S)

In jail, I found out they were charging me with a MISDEMEANOR & a FELONY. They said I hit a health worker which can be a felony: I’m on disability & couldn’t afford to hire a lawyer so they gave me a public defender. I didn’t meet PUBLIC DEFENDER #1  until the day of my trial. Before asking any questions, she told me I should just take the PLEA DEAL because I had no chance of winning. I was shocked.

“I’m innocent.” I told her.”How can I have no chance of winning? If that’s true, this system is broken.”

I was assigned a new PUBLIC DEFENDER #2. He thought I should take the plea deal but would go to trial if that’s what I wanted. Of course that’s what I wanted! He told me the judge would let me tell my whole story in court. That wasn’t true at all. He was friendly with the COUNTY ATTORNEY & I felt like he didn’t fight for me at all

PUBLIC DEFENDER #3 HAS HELPED ME THE MOST BUT I DON’T THINK SHES DiD ENOUGH TO GET THE CASE DISMISSED & ISNT INTERESTED IN PROTECTING ME.

Since the last trial, I did more research & told PUBLIC DEFENDER #3 that the arresting policeman POLICE OFFICER #1 is on the Phoenix Brady list & she said he wasn’t.

Why would she just deny it before seeing the evidence?

I  sent her the proof. She said  there was  nothing she could do about it  but ask him about it in the second trial. Usually when I ask her to do something , her answer is no or there’s nothing she can do.

She didn’t do a horrible job in the first trial. But, she told me she thought I would have  a better chance of winning if I didn’t mention any of the Medicaid fraud conspiracy stuff. It’s not a conspiracy. I have evidence of  the false claims they made but she never looked at it. The morning of the first day TRUAL #1, my public defender  told me she wasn’t going to bring it up in trial.

She didn’t & it ended in  a mistrial. They’re trying to charge me with a felony. Why can’t we tell the whole truth? I finally realized that they’ll never let me tell the whole truth & that’s why I’m writing it.

After TRIAL #1, I-asked her to file another motion for dismissal bc of the Medicaid fraud evidence.. She said no. She told me it was too difficult to prove & she thought we should just go forward with trial #2 &repeat what we did last time. I don’t want to repeat what we did last time. I want to win & I want my freedom back.

At every step of this journey, I have encountered obstacles & resistance.

Ideally I wish I could find a reasonable criminal lawyer that isn’t part of the corruption to help me. In reality, I have a public defender who keeps making excuses for why she can’t help me.  She doesn’t want to ask for the case to be dismissed. She doesn’t want to upset the judge or the lawyer, which I understand to a degree. I know they’re her coworkers. But, I deserve fair representation, and I’m not getting it.

QUESTIONS FOR MY PUBLIC DEFENDER

1.IS  SHE WORKING FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY OR ME?

2.IS SHE SETTING ME UP FOR FAILURE IN TRIAL #2?

3.IS MY PUBLIC DEFENDER  INVOLVED IN THE MEDICAID FRAUD OPERATION?

4.ARE ALL OF THEM INVOLVED?

5.WHERE DO YOU GO FOR HELP WHEN EVERYONE IN THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT?

TRIAL #2 is in March 2026 & my third public defender continues to not help me. She has done little research & refers to my medical fraud evidence as a conspiracy. I’m tired of trying to get her to do the right thing. Can I trust her.? The county attorney & the judge are like her co-workers. I think she refuses to do certain things to help me bc she doesn’t want to upset the attorney or the judge.

After I did the Brady list research,  II told my her about my research. Without asking for evidence, She said POLICEMAN #1 was definitely NOT on the Phoenix Brady list.

I sent her screenshots of the  evidence. She  says all she can do is ask him if it’s him in the next trial

Q: Can I be fairly represented by someone who refuses to look at the medical fraud evidence? Can I be fairly represented by someone who doesn’t want to make the prosecutor mad?

A: NO.

Now, the prosecutor is going to attempt to find me guilty again. Unless it’s rigged, he will fail again. BUT, why is he  allowed to keep harassing me when the attorney proved in the first trial that he has NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE & no RELIABLE EYEWITNESSES? He cannot prove his accusations beyond a reasonable doubt. So, why do I have to go through this again?

EVEN AI KNOWS THE COUNTY ATTORNEYS CASE IS WEAK.

The prosecutions side keeps lying to try to punish me for nothing. My public defender keeps saying there’s nothing she can do to help me more.. This is how it’s been the whole time. 

Q:COULD THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS I’VE HAD BE A PART OF THE MEDICAID FRAUD SCHEME?

A: IT’S POSSIBLE BUT I DINT HAVE ANY PROOF OF IT.

Q:CAN I GET A FAIR SECOND TRIAL IN MARICOPA COUNTY?

A:DOUBTFUL.

ALTHOUGH THERE IS OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE THAT I WAS ASSAULTED & THEN BECAME A VICTIM OF MEDICAID FRAUD, THIS CASE KEEPS GOING… UNFORTUNATELY.

JUDGING BY HOW IM TREATED EVERYTIME I HAVE TO GO TO COURT, NONE OF THESE COUNTY WORKERS  SEEM TO STILL BELIEVE… YOU’RE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. WE CAN NO LONGER TRUST THE COURTS TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

In his closing statement, the county attorney  said this incident happened bc of drugs. He also thought it was suspicious i didn’t go to an er that was closer to my house. That’s it, you guys. That’s his whole sham of a case.

THE COUNTY ATTORNEYS ARGUMENT:

SHE HIT THE NURSE BC SHE DIDN’T GET THE DRUGS SHE WANTED.

MY ARGUMENT:

IM THE ONLY VICTIM IN THIS SITUATION & IM A VICTIM OF ASSAULT & MEDICAID FRAUD. ON 06/18/24, AFTER SECURITY GUARD #1 MADE A FALSE ALLEGATION (HITYING A HEALTHWORKER), THEY CSLLED THE POLICE & HAD ME PUT IN JAIL. ONCE I WAS OUT OF THE WAY, THE STAFF AT BARROWS & BANNER  COMMITTED MEDICAID FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT & BILLED MEDICAID FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. THEN, THE PHX POLICE TOOK ME TO A SECOND ER (BANNER UNIVERSITY) TO GET ME MEDICALLY CLEARED AFTER THE SECURITY GUARD INJURED ME. THEY COMMITTED MEFICAID FRAUD AT BANNER ALSO. ONE JNCIDENT OF MEFICAID FRAUD MAY HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE. BUT TWO ATTEMPTS BY THE SAME PEOPLE ON THE SAME ACCOUNT AT DIFFERENT HOSPITALS WAS A COORDINATED ATTACK.
